Don Quijote Restaurant & Tequila Bar

Two rooms, one kitchen culture. Guests needed the menu, the hours, and the right door — not a brochure.

The brief

Don Quijote has been pouring Latin food and tequila on Long Island since 2002 — first in Patchogue, then Miller Place. Owner Blayker Lopez built the rooms around the food he grew up with in Colombia. The website had to do three jobs at once: feel like the dining room, put both locations in reach, and get someone from what's on the menu to a table.

The approach

  1. Lead with the room, not a stock taco grid.
  2. Treat two locations as first-class — addresses, phones, hours, no hunting.
  3. Make the menu the product. Easy to scan on a phone before you leave the driveway.
  4. Keep the path to Find us and View menu above the fold.

The result

A live site for both rooms — Patchogue and Miller Place — with the story, the hours, and a short walk from the homepage to a table.
